   I was there the day a MuddyMole did that to his wheel with no body armour on (as the Moles had shamed him into not wearing it by naming him after it). If I recall correctly, the Moles took it in turns to jump up and down on said wheel-wrecked-angle thing until it was sort of round again upon which the rider put it back on his bike and then rode home for several miles.
