Muddymoles mountain biking in the Surrey Hills and Mole Valley

It’s a toe job

Posted by DaveC | October 6, 2005 | Leave a comment

Well I was itching to get back on the bike last weekend after doing the Downs Link ride the week before that but I found myself wanting in the toenail department to the tune of 0.5.

Yep, I finally gave in to the pain and had the Doctor cut half the nail off my big toe. I can’t say it was the most fun day of my life but the pain afterwards wasn’t as bad as it might have been. A week on from the op and although the sensation of half nail is very weird there is no more pain. Heres hoping for a smooth regrowth!
