Ride Report: Sunday 27 November – The sick, the lame and the just plain lazy
Today was an Old Crocks ride, with Jem and Dandy (both recovering from long illnesses), Keith (ankle), James Pro (collar bone), Colin (fatigued from having been at it all night long last month) and DaveC (birthday hangover). Together they probably rattled more than their bikes!

Mindful of the eponymous JRPM factor, I arrived in plenty of time for the Wednesday night ride. As expected there were some newer riders; Jon H, who has quickly got the knack of posting on the forum to check there is going to be a Wednesday night ride, and Ross along for his second ride with the Moles.

With the evening staying fair the turnout on Wednesday was a little higher than recent rides with Five moles meeting up at the Hylands garage. Lloyd, JohnR, Kev, Matt and Olly. The more observant of will note at this point that my name wasn’t on that list.

With a few post Bonfire night hangovers, a group of Moles consisting of DaveC, JohnR, Lloyd, BigAl, RayK, JohnH, The “Tandemists” (Amanda and Darren), Robin, Barrie met up last Sunday morning. There were no serious JRPM factors to contend with so we set off promptly with a vague plan to head over to Peaslake
