QECP Enduro 21st July
I did volunteer to pick him up from Byfleet, but Andrew insisted on riding the 8 or so miles to Dandy Towers as a warm-up for our trip to the Queen Elizabeth Country Park (QECP) Enduro. Was that 8 miles too far, that he’d later regret? Of course it was, but read on to find out why.

Wed’s 10 June dusty evening ride(s)!
Well despite recent low numbers of riders turning up for the Wed’s evening rides, there was actually a choice of rides to choose from last night with Lee, Lloyd and myself keeping up the tradition of riding from the usual Hylands garage RVP and D’Andy and Nick shredding the Gnarr over Peaslake and Pitch hill.

It’s Pimms o’clock … again
For those that saw me polish off Guaca Mole’s jugs of Pimms on Saturday evening, it will come as no surprise that I started this Chilterns epic where I finished off the night before. In my defence, it was a surprise when Steven offered Tony and myself a pre-ride ‘sharpener’; but when have I ever refused a free drink?
