Ride Report – Swinley – Sunday 17th August 2013
Team Mole wasn;t very enthusiastic about a ride this Sunday. No particular reason but the Grand Mole and myself sat on the fence waiting for a decision from some of the others before committing. Andrew and JR took charge and decided on Swinley.
Spaghetti Western
What started as ‘The Magnificent Seven Ride Again’ eventually ended up as ‘The Good, the Bad, and The Ugly’. Talking of ugly, here’s a photo at the cake stop in Shere.
Ride report: Sunday 28 July – Peaslake
Lumpy, bumpy, rattly, crashy, slippery and just a bit niggly. Today was all those things for me!
QECP Enduro 21st July
I did volunteer to pick him up from Byfleet, but Andrew insisted on riding the 8 or so miles to Dandy Towers as a warm-up for our trip to the Queen Elizabeth Country Park (QECP) Enduro. Was that 8 miles too far, that he’d later regret? Of course it was, but read on to find out why.
Ride report: Sunday 22 July – dry and dusty
Fast Newlands riding and a non-moles accident
Another summer heatwave ride
The high heat conditions brought out another fine showing of Moles + Molette.
Wed’s 10 June dusty evening ride(s)!
Well despite recent low numbers of riders turning up for the Wed’s evening rides, there was actually a choice of rides to choose from last night with Lee, Lloyd and myself keeping up the tradition of riding from the usual Hylands garage RVP and D’Andy and Nick shredding the Gnarr over Peaslake and Pitch hill.
